Wesley M. Robinson was formerly a partner with Mershon Sawyer, a large state wide commercial law firm and was a founding partner of Howe, Robinson & Watkins, a Miami based commercial law firm. In 2008, Mr. Robinson founded the Robinson Law Firm with a focus on closely held international businesses and their entrepreneur owners. Mr. Robinson has over 40 years of experience with commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private security offerings, franchise and licensing, real property acquisitions and lending, international and domestic tax planning and structuring, general corporate and international and domestic estate planning. He has also consulted on several substantial litigation matters for his corporate clients.
