The Of-Counsel Attorneys are not members of the Robinson Law Firm and maintain separate practices. They provide support and expertise to the Robinson Law Firm on a transaction by transaction basis under the supervision of Firm members.
Michael Greenberg
Michael Greenberg is the founder of Michael I Greenberg, PA. Mike has experience representing companies and investors in angel, venture capital and other private equity and debt transactions. Mike represents also assists early and mid-stage businesses with strategic management issues, financial analysis and technology licensing and development. Mike earned his BS, Computer Science, MBA and JD from Duke University.
Manuel Rubio
Mr. Manuel (“Manny”) Rubio has twenty years of experience in negotiating, structuring and consummating various venture capital and private equity transactions, as a well as numerous capital markets transactions.
As an attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher he specialized in M&A, MBOs, hostile tender offers, proxy contests, public and private offerings of equity and debt, joint ventures, debt restructuring and corporate governance projects. Mr. Rubio has also worked in one of Argentina’s largest law firm, Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, specializing in privatizations and debt offerings.
