Wesley M. Robinson was formerly a partner with Mershon Sawyer, a large state wide commercial law firm and was a founding partner of Howe, Robinson & Watkins, a Miami based commercial law firm. In 2008, Mr. Robinson founded the Robinson Law Firm with a focus on closely held international businesses and their entrepreneur owners. Mr. Robinson has over 40 years of experience with commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private security offerings, franchise and licensing, real property acquisitions and lending, international and domestic tax planning and structuring, general corporate and international and domestic estate planning. He has also advised corporate clients and interfaced with litigation counsel through several substantial litigation matters.
Mr. Robinson graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida College of Business Administration, the University of Florida Law School, and received a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami, School of Law.
Mr. Robinson has been a board certified tax attorney since 1992. He has also served as an adjunct professor in the graduate tax program at the University of Miami’s Law School. Mr. Robinson has enjoyed the highest peer review rating of “AV” by Martinedale-Hubbel since 1995 and has been included in the Florida Super Lawyers top 5% for Florida.
